Motion design for Ivy Ross and Susan Magsamen's keynote at BetterUp's Uplift conference, built for immersive 60-foot screens with responsive content that scales across the stage environment. Uplift is BetterUp's annual conference on leadership, performance, and human transformation at work. The talk examined how artistic experiences act as neurological catalysts — reshaping creativity, connection, and well-being in contemporary workplace culture.

Clinton Van Arnam is a Brooklyn-based independent designer whose work focuses on the nuances of typography across interactive and time-based projects. He collaborates with clients, artists, architects, and design teams internationally. Clinton teaches motion graphics and web interaction at Parsons School of Design and has previously taught at Rhode Island School of Design and University of California, Los Angeles. He holds an MFA in Graphic Design from RISD and a BA in Design Media Arts from UCLA.
